Returns and Refunds Policy
There are no refunds for purchased products. All sales are final. Merchandise may be exchanged if the item is defective and returned within 21 days of the ship date. Please check our sizing charts and review your order carefully before you finalize your purchase. Choosing the wrong size of clothing is not considered defective.
Digital products are exempt from the exchange policy. Digital products such as e-books and digital downloads cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.
If an item is defective, customers must email us including a receipt or proof of purchase and the reason for your return. Depending on the product, we will instruct you on where to send your return.
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided to you in our response to your request for exchange. Customers are financially responsible for shipping the item back to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When returning items, we recommend insuring and tracking the package via mail or courier for your protection. Only merchandise received by our warehouse can be processed.
